Ils sont professionnels, et leur produit en est un de qualité.
Ils répondent rapidement au questions et donnent un bon service après vente. (Remerciement particulier a Yanni Samson)
Apres 3 semaines d'utilisation, je peux dire que leur batteries "rack mount" ont bien la capacité affichée (ce qui est rare pour les batteries...)
Adieu les batteries acide plomb!
 I bought 2 48V rack mounts for my "off grid" house.
They are professional, and their product is a quality one.

After 3 weeks of use, I can say that their "rack mount" batteries have the displayed capacity (which is rare for batteries ...)
Goodbye lead acid batteries!

Joël a pris le temps de m’expliquer afin que je choisisse les bonnes batteries pour mes besoins, ma consommation prévue et pour le climat où elle seront. Ce fût un plaisir jusqu’au bout, c’est-à-dire, livraison à la porte 24h après l’achat.
From the start, the volthium team was very committed and they answered many of my questions to explain how the batteries work. Joël took the time to explain it to me so that I choose the right batteries for my needs, my expected consumption and for the climate in which they will be. It was a pleasure to the end, that is, delivery to the door 24 hours after purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depuis 10 ans je suis sur un système solaire avec 12 batteries 6 volts et j'y habite en permanence depuis 4 ans. J'ai appris à consommer très peu d'électricité.
En période hivernale, les journées plus courtes ne me permettaient pas de faire de phase d'égalisation, ce qui rendaient les batteries paresseuses et encore plus difficiles à charger. La génératrice devenait de plus en plus nécessaire après quelques années d'usure des batteries.
Avec les batteries au plomb je faisais attention aux charges plus importantes pour prolonger leur vie en démarrant la génératrice pour passer la balayeuse ou la laveuse.
Dernièrement, j'ai une batterie qui a cessé de fonctionner. Les autres batteries voulaient la charger et heureusement j'étais présent car la production d'hydrogène aurait pu être dangereuse.
Je me suis informé à plusieurs magasins de solaire et ces derniers me suggéraient toujours des batteries au plomb. Les raisons étaient non précises. C'est trop cher, Volthium va faire faillite.... J'étais pour acheter à nouveau des batteries au plomb. J'ai heureusement discuté avec un concessionnaire autorisé volthium qui a eu une formation sur les batteries lithium (ce n'était pas une formateur volthium) qui était convaincu du choix lithium même s'il vend aussi des batteries au plomb. De plus, j'ai lu le manuel et la fiche technique des batteries volthium qui sont très explicites.
Depuis quelques semaines j'ai remplacé mes 12 batteries par seulement deux batteries 200 A lithium avec Bluetooth. Merveilleux!
Adieu l'entretien, le suivi laborieux, autonome pour 3 jours sans soleil lors des journées les plus courtes. Présentement je fais un suivi facile de l'état de la batterie avec Bluetooth afin de me sécuriser. Je penses que je vais oublier à faire un suivi. Je n'aurai plus à me préoccuper autant de ma consommation électrique.
Il me manque d'étoiles pour exprimer ma satisfaction.
For 10 years I have been on a solar system with 12 6 volt batteries and I have lived there permanently for 4 years. I learned to use very little electricity.
In winter, the shorter days did not allow me to do an equalization phase, which made the batteries lazy and even more difficult to charge. The generator became more and more necessary after a few years of wear and tear on the batteries.
With lead-acid batteries I was careful with larger loads to prolong their life by starting the generator to pass the sweeper or the washer.
Lately I have a battery that has stopped working. The other batteries wanted to charge it and luckily I was there because the production of hydrogen could have been dangerous.
I inquired at several solar stores and they always suggested lead acid batteries. The reasons were not precise. It's too expensive, Volthium is going to go bankrupt .... I was to buy lead acid batteries again. Fortunately I spoke with an authorized volthium dealer who had lithium battery training (not a volthium trainer) who was convinced of the lithium choice even though they also sell lead acid batteries. In addition, I read the manual and the technical sheet of volthium batteries which are very explicit.
A few weeks ago I replaced my 12 batteries with just two 200 A lithium batteries with Bluetooth. Marvellous!
Goodbye maintenance, laborious, autonomous follow-up for 3 days without sun on the shortest days. Currently I am easily monitoring the battery status with Bluetooth in order to be secure. I think I'll forget to follow up. I won't have to worry so much about my power consumption anymore.
I lack stars to express my satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai communiqué avec plusieurs fournisseurs mais Volthium est le seul qui a pris le temps de répondre à toutes mes questions. À 2 reprises j’ai communiqué avec eux, ils ont pris le temps nécessaire pour répondre à mes interrogations et jamais j’ai senti un jugement de leur part.
Merci pour tous les bons conseils…et à tout le monde prenez le temps de comprendre leur approche pour fabriquer un produit de qualité et qui saura répondre à tous vos besoins
I contacted several suppliers but Volthium is the only one who took the time to answer all my questions. Twice I contacted them, they took the time necessary to answer my questions and I never felt any judgment on their part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought my first Lithium battery from Volthium and it got delivered today. I can't wait to build my new solar system for our cottage up north in Ontario. Couple of pictures below from the app reading via bluetooth from the battery. Update: still very satisfied with the batteries after installing them at the cottage with my solar system equipped with Victron MPPT charge controller and Victron inverter. Two (2) 24V batteries 150 AH are keeping my few appliances and well pump running without the need for my generator anymore. Love it!
