★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enchères Champagne Auctions is fantastic! I learned about them from an online auction site and bid on a lovely Louis Vuitton bag for my wife, which I won. The response from the Enchères Champagne Auctions was prompt and they even offered shipping should I want and amended my invoice then resent. Payment was easy and smooth, communication fantastic! Packaging was well done to ensure the bag would be safe in transit and delivery was within 3 days of payment via FedEx from Montreal to Houston. I will most definitely return to Enchères Champagne Auctions again!!! Merci!!!

Lot descriptions and photos accurately reflect the items up for sale. They offer timely, in-house shipping at a reasonable cost, and for an out-of-town buyer it makes getting your item a seamless process. And, they go out of their way to ensure that your item arrives safely. The superb packaging is done with great care. They are reliable, and they get my highest recommendation.

The auctioneers are based in Canada and I live in Scotland which could have made things difficult but everything went very smoothly. My emails were answered promptly- thanks to Catherine who was extremely helpful. The item was fragile but arrived safely, very well packaged and reasonably quickly. I believe this was thanks to Gorden. I would not hesitate to bid again. It was certainly a five star service.
