★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quand j’ai signé mon bail ils nous avaient promis des parkings que nous avons jamais eu, l’appartement n’était pas fini d’être rénover quand nous sommes emménagés, on a du se faire héberger à nos frais, on nous a mis le mauvais code postal sur notre bail et nous avons dû rechanger toutes nos adresses, le plafond de la salle de bain nous a tombé sur la tête et vous pensez que c’est tout? Et bien non, l’un des concierge a perdu le double des clés de notre logement en plus! 3 mois que nous sommes ici et c’est déjà trop! Je ne conseil pas dutout.
 When I signed my lease they promised us parking lots that we have never had, the apartment was not finished being renovated when we moved in, we had to be accommodated at our expense, we were put the wrong zip code on our lease and we had to change all of our addresses, the bathroom ceiling fell on our head and you think that's it? Well no, one of the concierge lost double the keys to our accommodation on top of that! We've been here for 3 months and that's already too much! I do not recommend everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si je pouvais même donner 0 j'allais le faire, un service à la clientèle désagréable, pas du tout courtois ils parlent de manière insolante.
Un service à bannir.
Un quartier bruyant, des appartements pas du tout insonorisés, les locataires qui fument dans les appartements et l'odeur te trouve jusqu'à ton lit bref la liste est longue, je ne recommande pas du tout.
If I could even give 0 I would, rude customer service not at all courteous they talk cheeky.
A service to ban.
A noisy neighborhood, apartments not soundproof at all, tenants who smoke in the apartments and the smell finds you right up to your bed in short the list is long, I do not recommend at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My ceiling is leaking since before I moved in. I called multiple times but they can't be bothered to fix it.
Worst landlords I've had.
Edit : I saw the landlords 3 months after first complaining about the leak. They told me they'd be back on Monday after to fix the leak AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I wish I could give less than 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst landlord I seen in my life. This people open our bathroom ceiling to renovating upstair floor. Upstair apartment is empty. No problem with that, but it has been 1 week and our bathroom ceiling is open still. There is no privacy.
Everyday they gave same answers that they gonna fix it today..
Never seen this type of liers.
