Got work done with these guys, biggest mistake... if only I could turn back time.

Do not contract this business. They're not punctual, disrespectful, and perform below standard work. Go somewhere else. Don't get fooled by their ratings.

At 1030 hours on 8 May 2017, Unit 87 belonging to this company was driving west bound on Wye Road towards Sherwood Park at 100 km/h while the driver, a 45 year old male with a dark goatee and glasses was engaged on a conversation on a cell phone held to his right ear. Please ensure your employees comply with the law regarding distracted driving. It would be horrible to see your company make it to the national headlines because an employee chose to ignore the law and caused a collision while driving a vehicle bearing your company logos. The liability is staggering.

Worked for them for years prior to new management.. the best company to work for, they have the work and they have the pockets to pay you on time and negotiable to extras . The only trades people that complain about any companies are those who have neither the experience or lack responsibility..

I've had a wonderful experience with Empire! We had a water leak in the basement and working with my builder and Empire it was quickly repaired. Everyone who came to work on the basement has been a pleasure to work with and have gone beyond to take care of us! Thank you!

My house was built with a builder and the paint job was contracted with Empire Drywall Ltd. Unbelievable what a terrible job they did. I would put 0 stars if possible. There’s paint all over my tiles, hardwood floors and carpets not to mention there’s many details that weren’t painted and finished properly. Please hire professionals and people that care about the details and proper finishing. All theses details are what makes and finishes the house. Wish I could share the pictures. I’m surprised you even have a huge contract with builders. Your painter did a sloppy cheap job. I would NOT recommend this company to do any paint job. Just adding additional information to the owners reply. Do you not have a contract with Pacesetter Homes? I’m pretty sure Empire did my drywall and paint job as I’ve met and spoke with your staff. As I have reached out to the builder and made complaints about the details of the paint finishing and also noticed how this drywall was done. Please see the pictures below. There’s no quality control I’m sorry to say if you knew how this house was handed to me. Please see the pictures attached below and if you cannot see it on this Empire review please click on my name and all the pictures are attached to this review for some reason the pictures do not show. 100% the contact was done through empire and failure to take the responsibilities and show ownership of a job poorly done. So are you sure that you’ve never heard of my complaints and shown the responsibility to fix the issues of your employees. I’ve had the three months assessment and your paint manager was even came here and left me his business card. Would you like me to post the business card as proof ? Would you like me to take a picture of the company vehicle to post it to review make sure it was your company? Please fix all the issues your painters did and make sure they do a proper job as it is your company’s name that is held accountable for the work. My review is to help you better your company as your staff didn’t do the best job and in the future it will be more profitable business for you when hiring professional staff. People shouldn’t pay for service when it’s done poorly and there’s no excuses. Please see the pictures below and tell me you would be happy with the service.
