★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in there last year to report a guy driving a pick up with noremack on the side. He pulled up bside me and was smokn a big fat joint! I went in to the office to report it to someone in charge and a rude receptionist/dispatcher came and told me it was her manager . I just saw the same guy not too long ago in a job site for the new train going up. Not sure I’d ever hire them if that’s there manager! Good job Edmonton this is who’s building your trains !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first time reviewing a company but my experience has been so bad I felt compelled to share it. I am working on the LRT line and this company is constantly sending out faulty equipment that breaks down half way through the job, and operators that don’t even speak English good enough to give and recieve instructions. Given their reputation in the construction industry at this point it is hard to fathom how they are even still in business. Do yourself a favour and look at some other companies like A&B or First Call, your experience will literally be night and day.

We were very impressed by their equipment and the team members they sent out. We are now proud to have them as our first call and look forward to a long term partnership. Excellent drivers and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hired Noremac for a residential sidewalk pour on a mature lot with difficult access. Other companies refused to pump due to the restricted access, but Noremac accepted the job, sized the pump accordingly and executed wonderfully under tight deadlines (the Tuesday morning after a long weekend). Kyle, the operator was polite, clear and concise, and motivated to participate as a team member to get the job done efficiently and without upset. His communication skills were head and shoulders above what I'm used to dealing with in the construction industry and he went "over and above" what our expectations were of him.
This is the second time I am a customer of Noremac's. I used them a year ago just before Christmas break (2017) to pour a secondary basement entrance and my experience was also good. I don't recall the operator's name in that instance, but he was fantastic to work with. We were inexperienced in pouring foundation walls and he offered us his expertise and a helping hand to get the concrete in the forms and vibrated just right. He even positively identified a minor form blowout (unknown to us) and helped us adjust which saved us from a potential major failure.
Overall, I will use them again and would recommend them to other contractors, builders, owners, etc. They are even good working with weekend warriors who are ambitious enough to tackle their own home and side projects.
