It would better if there was another staff that speaks more english

I would definitely recommend if you need to have something fixed or Hemmed. I have had a few things hemmed there with good results and strong stitching.

There’s now a big bald spot in it because they destroyed the skin underneath that holds the fur together. They even tried gaslighting me, saying the fur was fake and glued on. It’s real and not glued, only sewn where the seams are. They also said it would be finished in 2 weeks, instead, more than a month later, was it finished and not even a good clean. Absolutely avoid this place, terrible service. The owner kept lying to me saying she can fix it by sewing it, which you can't with a needle and thread. This was my only winter jacket.
