I highly recommend them for their professional and honest services. The crew came over and started the work then stopped due to determining poor ventilation in the attic. They advised me of steps needed to improve the ventilation and provided recommendations to ensure a more effective insulation job. Without charging me any additional fees, they came back couple weeks later after I followed along their recommendation to improve the air flow and completed an amazing job. I was extremely impressed with their service, their prices, and the cleanliness of the house after the job is complete.

Instead of pushing me to proceed with their services, Ken took the time to inform me that this ultimately would not likely satisy what I was looking for. He confirmed he could quote but took the time to explain the challenges that existed and noted this would not likely be the best bang for my back. The fact that he eschewed a sale to provide a professional and detailed consideration of what my family's needs were was exceptional in my eyes. I would highly recommend them for any consultation and work.

Callum and his crew removed the insulation in our attic, resealed all the vents, sprayed the new insulation in the attic and also re-installed the insulation for our slopped ceiling in a professional way. Details Insulation insulated the floor of our crawl space and afterwards, upon further discussion with the estimator, we decided we wanted deeper foam spray along the walls where the floor dipped down. True to their word, they discounted the price, remained professional at all times, and the two man crew that came out simply could not have been nicer or more polite. They did an amazing job. I cannot recommend this company enough.

This involved a hybrid system, of spray-foam to air-seal/insulate, and blown-in fibreglass to bring the insulation up to an appropriate level. From start to finish, the Details Insulation team was responsive, informative, respectful, and highly professional. The quote from Ken was professional yet relaxed, the installation crew were clean and respectful - I was able to trust them to lock-up the house for me and complete the project while we were away. The follow-up from Callum was exhaustive, analyzing the house to ensure a proper air-seal, and responding immediately months following the installation, upon request, to ensure the quality remained 100%.
