★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chephren Building Solutions did a terrific job for us this month in resurfacing our very large balcony, which had been leaking. They used a product called Flexstone, which is absolutely beautiful in addition to solving the leaking problem. Dean, the owner, was very pleasant to deal with, explaining the process thoroughly and clearly, and very fast to reply emails or phone calls, and to answer any questions we had. The whole process was professional from beginning to end, from the initial estimate to the final installation to the cleanup of the site. The crew working for Dean are intelligent, courteous, and extremely hard-working. They obviously take great pride in their work, and were a pleasure to have around. I must add that this project was a very challenging one, given that it was a a balcony about 30 feet by 16 feet, surrounded on all sides by railing that could not be removed; plus they had to remove old Duradek, sand and seal the whole area before applying new drip edge and the three-step process involved in the Flexstone system. The job was made more challenging still because it came during a time of early Spring snowfall. But I never heard a word of complaint from any of the crew. To sum up, this company has my unequivocal recommendation, as does the product itself. We could not be more pleased.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had this company come in and do some work on my deck. The job all looked simple to me as I was looking to have the surface redone. What I didn't anticipate was the amount of damage that was in my deck and the back wall of my home. John came in and explained the process in detail. The end result was fantastic. Both Dean the owner and John were very professional. They explained every aspect of the work. There pricing was fair, clear and both my wife and I were very happy with the whole experience. The end result was a beautiful deck. I can not thank these guys enough. If you are looking for a decking or renovation company, you will not find better. We used their flexstone product. We are super happy with it. Give these guys a call. You wont be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were in bad need of deck repair and contacted Chephren Building Solutions in Edmonton. It was September and every company we spoke to was too busy to help us. When we spoke to Dean Spahic at Chephren he was incredibly helpful. We discussed Duradek and Flexstone and decided to use the Flexstone product. Dean and his crews were all working overtime on large projects that had to be finished before the cold weather set in so he set me up so that I could do the work myself.
Dean stepped me through each phase of the project answering my phone calls and giving me encouragement. The deck was beautiful when we were finished and Dean was as happy as we were. It is rare that you meet someone as helpful and caring as this man. I would highly recommend Chephren and trust Dean with any project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 10 stars, I would. We had a bad experience with a unreliable contractor last summer with our deck. The project of resurfacing should have taken a few days, but it turned into 3 + months and was finished very poorly. I contacted Dean from Chephren Building Supplies last fall and he assured me that he would personally take care of it as he was an expert in the system that we had used. WOW!!!! He said he was a man of his word, and he most certainly is. He and his crew came to our rescue and within a few days our deck looks like it could be a model for Flexstone. A fantastic system when applied properly by reputable company. I cannot thank Dean, his best installer Brian and the rest of the crew enough. I highly recommend this company for any of your building envelope needs. First Rate!!
