L	Lois Cherniak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our glass deck railing was installed 3 years ago and we have been very pleased with the privacy it offered whilst allowing light to flow through our deck. After the May long week end, we returned home to find one of the larger glass panels totally shattered in thousands of pieces. We verified with our neighbour and they were not aware of the panel breakage so we were bewildered as to how it happened. Our backyard is very private and there was no chance of any vandalism. I contacted Home Rail by phone to learn they had closed for the day . I left a voice message explaining what had happened. My call was returned at 8:30 am as soon as they opened the following morning. I emailed pictures of the deck rail and I was contacted the next day by Richard. He explained he would be out to measure for a new panel and one would be ordered immediately at no charge to us. Richard even offered to assist with the clean up by bringing his shop vac as we did not have one! Very thoughtful indeed! The panel was measured and replaced within a 2 week period at no cost to us. They stand by their product. All in all, we are extremely pleased with our deck rails, the after sales service provided and the overall integrity of this company. If you are looking for deck rails, I highly recommend them !

Lauren and the team from Home-Rail Edmonton did a bang up job in supplying me the material I needed to finish my newly renovated home in Edmonton. We had 6' privacy wind wall, topless glass and standard picket railing to be installed at our house. The "Boss" my wife loves it! The price was great, much cheaper than the big box stores and local companies that sell/install alum railing. I installed it myself and found it to be very straight forward. Even when I got stuck a simple phone call made life alot easier, as Rich one of the staff took time to walk me through my issue that I was having. His ``hands on knowledge`` answered my issue. Had to give them a shot as my usual suppliers are having supply issue due to covid. Product is ok, definitely a budget product compared to what I am used to, however it looks nice, will see the longevity of it in the coming years. Will not be a return customer.

The deck's design has solid wood on the top sides, open spacing underneath, and wire to give the small space an open, bright, yet private space for us and our neighbors.
