I had arranged for a showroom meeting after hours with Sheena to discuss the scope of the project, materials, timeline, etc. The showroom is quite lovely, with displays showcasing some of their work. However, the lack of communication certainly leaves something to be desired. After our initial meeting, nothing. Absolutely nothing. Despite the fact that Sheena said she would get back with some preliminary pricing and CAD renderings, nothing. I emailed two weeks later, and did not receive a reply. Needless to say, I hired someone else to construct and install the staircase and railings.

Still no response. In a way, it is a blessing in disguise, because imagine giving her the job and paying a deposit, and then this is what you get. It would be very frustrating. It would be better to pay a bit more and get better customer service to avoid all headache in a project.
