★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give them 5 stars because the current staff (2021) deserves them. The processes take long but that has nothing to do with them, it is the system, we might need a better electronic and secure system to solve that issue. As for the staff, they were respectful and helpful when I was there, they also has replied to my phone calls and answered my questions. Thank you and keep the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE MOST DISGUSTING EMBASSY I'VE EVER KNOWN! NO ONE ANSWER OUR PHONE CALLS, IT'S BEEN 6 MONTHS OCT 2021 SINCE WE SUBMITTED THE DRIVER LICENCE AUTHENTICATION. ? VERY POOR SERVICE, I HOPE THE PRIME MINISTER WILL CHANGE THIS IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF. WILL SEND TWEET TO THE PM OF IRAQ.

And ofcourse not to forget the nice people who answered our calls and told us exactly what documents to bring with us . Big thanks to all this respected staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless. Cancel all the landlines and cellphones because clearly no one is answering any calls or replying to voice mails or emails. Even better just closed down and save the country on rent of the building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been calling and leaving voice messages for the last 2 days. No one in office is answering and they never got back to me. The phone number they have mentioned to make appointments with for issuing visa, is owned by somebody who does not know anything about this and how his number has been mentioned to be embassy's number. It is a total shame for an embassy to be managed like this.
