However there are some office staff there that neither pick up calls or return voicemails!! Monica and John are their names. Kwani tuko nyumbani? I guess!! LOL. 0 stars for you two!! C'mon have the decency to return voice mails!!!

Great work l had called twice and left message but all was returned to me before the end of the day addressing my concerns about evisa. This is one of african embassies which doesn't ignore when you call have dealt with .bravo.sukrani saaan .

I was hesitant to send my passport in for an EA visa. I called the office weeks in advance and spoke to several amazing staff who always answered my questions. I found the staff, courteous, kind and knowledgeable. I sent my passport via express post from Alberta on Tuesday- it arrived to Ottawa on Thursday and it was processed in Ottawa on Friday was back in my hands the following Tuesday. They took one day to process!!! I was impressed by the service, and the attention to detail. My experience with the Visa department at the Kenyan High Commission has been nothing but five star service.

It is also a very calm office, Monica Kiruja Wangai communicates effectively and very proper both through emails and in person. She was able to change my appointment date to what worked for me. As a kenyan who was seeking services for the first time in Ottawa, I was impressed by the reception, kindness and services offered to me.
