★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service I’ve ever received! They are lazy and disorganized. Poor communicators who won’t get back to you about a problem with your application. They refuse to answer their phones. They’re website isn’t updated to inform you of the proper documentation needed! And worst of all they lack accountability! Hands down the most incompetent agency around!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, It is really hard to get someone to answer phone calls at the Embassy specially the reception number which I tried for a month with no answer.
Finally I called all the extensions I could find on the website. Someone called me back and she was really nice and provided decent service.
And depends on where you are in Canada the Embassy might be closed when you call. For me, I am 3 hours behind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service in the world, the new receptionist doesn’t know any answers, and I asked to speak to someone else she hand up on me. Calling back, no one answered. Well you are in Canada just to remind you, we have somewhere to complain here… Get proper training and do your job.

Unreliable ,Unorganized ,you guys make Haitian people look bad …. Do something about this it’s ridiculous….
