Sukhi, physiotherapist, was an integral part of my 7 month concussion recovery. I needed to reintegrate my eyes and work on balance recovery. Sukhi was a wealth of knowledge in both assessing the issues and developing a program to recover from the concussion. Sukhi, was unique, as she tailored my recovery plan to re-integrate my passions, regularly communicated with my personal trainer, and ensured I always felt I was making progress. Thanks to Sukhi, I have fully recovered and am enjoying my elite athletics once again!!!

after being to many different clinics across the lower mainland; elysian health group as been the best i've been treated at. beautiful clinic, atmosphere was bright and welcoming, as well as amazing front staff. everyone is so helpful and professional!

What a wonderful experience. The team up front made me feel comfortable to ask questions and got me set up with a great care plan. I had a chronic issue that wouldn't go away no matter what I tried. After doing physiotherapy I was given the tools to make it an issue of the past.

My Dad is 79 and Matt Redekopp is working with him to relieve his hip pain so that he can keep playing golf for many more years. Dad is in the first stage of dementia. Matt had us video him instructing dad on each exercise so dad would have a daily refresher for his memory. We really appreciate Matt and his confidence, excellent care and creative approach for a senior who has memory challenges that could hinder his progress.

Great place ! Tiffany is such a good Physio. She is so professional and she care so much to help me getting better that it makes me feel I need to put her name out there although I usually never do reviews . Thank you so much Tiffany for such a good support !

Careful! Check your bank and insurance statements! I came here twice and both times my appointment started late and ended on time. The first time 5 minutes late and the second time 9 minutes late. With the prices they charge here this 14 minutes works out to about $50 of time and half an appointment! Time that could have been put to very good use. I asked about it and was supposed to receive a call back. They refunded me $22, no call back. I thought this was low but just decided not to come back and didn’t say anything. 2 months later they charged my credit card and insurance again for an old appointment. I called to then complain about this and my short refund of only $22. Lavon didn’t understand or care. She said she would try to refund me another $22 lol but it never came. Time wasted talking to them about the issues, checking my credit card, checking my insurance, making sure I got my refund and double charges back etc. - 45 minutes. So lost out in half an appointment worth of time and 45 minutes of my own time and got a $22 refund. I don’t think they understand how to deal with or properly compensate customers or offer a minimal level of customer service. EDIT: Response to your reply- Please do not lie and make incorrect statements in your response. You lied 3 times! 1. My refund was not “after speaking to your clinical director” it was far before I ever spoke to her 2. You did not “refund my out of pocket costs” you refunded half of them- a measly $22 3. I was never offered to be treated for the additional time spent waiting for my treatment, ever! Please do not make things up. It’s highly unprofessional. You should be embarrassed trying to cover up your actions with lies!

Beautiful facility. Front desk people were friendly and very efficient. My physiotherapist, Matt, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with him on my back problem. I also felt relief in my back after the first visit. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with my massage today from Nick. He was thorough with taking a history of previous injuries or areas of the body that were in need of treatment. The massage itself was excellent. There was a methodical approach to it and it wasn’t just a case of pressing into every muscle as deeply as possible. I’d definitely recommend.
