★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of this company at all cost, or be ready to be very disappointed. Nobody takes phone calls nor replies on e-mails. Doesn’t matter who you deal with, it seems all their employees have been trained to be indifferent. How this company is still in business is a mystery not really worth your time investigating. Ratings here should allow negative stars as that is what Peninsula Strata deserves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 12 years in this strata, I put my place on the market as I needed to downsize and make a profit on which my future financial viability depends, and almost immediately got a very good offer, which I accepted. When we supplied the buyer with the strarta documents, it was immediately apparent that Peninsula Strata Management had included the insurance for 2020, not 2021, although this was available, and as a result, the buyer felt there was a problem with the insurance coverage and withdrew from the sale. I was able to sell to another buyer, but at a lower price, and this directly affects my future. As a friend, observing my financial calculations, put it, "Well, you'll just have to die sooner."
I complained to Peninsula, and know that Bill Morrow, our Strata Agent, received the complaint and noted that he was passing it on to his superiors. Two months later, I have not received even the courtesy of an acknowledgement of my complaint from the company, never mind a reply.
I was one of the owners here who supported our move from a self-managed strata to external management, and I bitterly regret it now, having experienced Peninsula's inability to deal with the most basic issues, supplying correct documentation, replying to complaints.
I hope other stratas think twice before hiring these folks. If you do, it'll cost you!

His professionalism and his deep knowledge on how to protect our asset and manage our contingency fund is done like a true professional.

Owners can rest assured that all aspects of their property, from financial to legal are being well taken care of. And if you fortunately get assigned Bill Morrow as your licensed Peninsula Strata Property Agent, then you are really lucky. IMO, Bill is a standout in the industry in terms of his wisdom, sincere caring, and utmost excellence as a communicator and manager. The industry definitely needs more Bill Morrows. Enough said.
