Robert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pensant bien faire, je me suis acheté ce bois pour faire un beau patio. 8 ans plus tard, après en avoir pris soin et dépensé des centaines de dollars en teinture (sablé et le teindre à l’ombre....). La teinture n’adhère pas sur les surfaces horizontales. J’ai des planches pourries au plancher et même sur les rampes. Un vrai désastre. Auparavant, on me disait que le mélèze était une bonne idée. Maintenant, on me dit que ce bois ne se compare pas à celui d’europe. Donc, peut-être que c’est bon pour les murs d’habitation, mais pour ma part, ce fut une grosse erreur que de m’investir dans ce projet de patio. Thinking well, I bought this wood to make a beautiful patio. 8 years later, after taking care of it and spending hundreds of dollars on dye (shortbread and dye in the shade ....). Dye does not adhere to horizontal surfaces. I have rotten planks on the floor and even on the railings. A real disaster. Previously, I was told that larch was a good idea. Now, I am told that this wood does not compare to that of Europe. So maybe it’s good for residential walls, but for me, it was a big mistake to get involved in this patio project.

Il s'est fait recevoir avec irrespect, le vendeur n'a pas voulu prendre la peine de lui donner une idée des produits et du tarif. Il lui a répondu: fais les calculs. Quand il lui a demandé la différence entre les types pins, le vendeur s'est moqué de lui en lui disant le rouge est rouge, le gris est gris. Franchement nous avions prévu faire une commande considérable pour un gros projet de rénovation et nous allons assurément aller voir ailleurs. C'est bien dommage pour une compagnie québécoise d'avoir un employé qui ternit leur image. My partner called this morning to get a quote for choked boards. Frankly we had planned to make a considerable order for a large renovation project and we will definitely look elsewhere. It is a shame for a Quebec company to have an employee who tarnishes their image.
