★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be an extremely well run company. I would order feed and it would show up within a week. Unfortunately over the past year things have become progressively more disorganized. Feed delivery is more and more delayed. I'm not sure if there was a change in management or if they are struggling to adapt to covid, but things have really trended in the wrong direction. Two weeks go by and still no feed so I call wondering when it will be delivered and always it is the same thing, promises of early next week. Except when I call again the next week more promises of the next week and more excuses. The last three or four orders have all taken 4-6 weeks when I was told to allow for 2-3. It's sad because this was a good company and the drivers are all extremely friendly and helpful. I hope for them to turn things around but for now I strongly recommend ordering your feed at least a month in advance, regardless of what they tell you.
