 A diverse inventory, but the two girls stayed behind the counter to answer my questions when I was looking for a product. I would have appreciated a more dedicated service where a clerk would come to show me what I was looking for ... Especially since I was there only customer in the store. Attitude of clerks to desire

Very well served and there is variety in both the food and the accessories. If we can't find something, they can even order.

Excellent service !! The staff are super friendly, no pressure and they were attentive to our needs. This is where I will be shopping for our animals in the future !!

I needed some bone advice for my English Cocker Spaniel and I am very happy with the advice I got. Charly is very happy with his new bones. Very welcoming staff, very nice experience.

De plus le magasin offre un grand choix de produits (notamment pour les poulaillers) et des marques que l'on ne trouve pas ailleurs, même dans les grandes enseignes de Québec (notamment pour les équipements canins).
J'ai été clients de nombreuses animaleries mais je recommande vivement Dynamix.
Always very warm welcome and professional advice every time.
In addition, the store offers a wide selection of products (especially for chicken coops) and brands that cannot be found elsewhere, even in the major stores in Quebec (especially for canine equipment).
I have been a customer of many pet stores but I highly recommend Dynamix.
