β β β β β Elmer, as well as his assistant Darlene, have been amazing to deal with. I used Elmer for my home purchase. His rate was good and he really has gone above and beyond, as it turned out to be quite a complicated transaction (he even called me one evening on his own time and didn't bill me) He was professional and super fast getting me all my documents. I am so glad I chose to use him, as he's worked so hard for me. I would highly recommend him!!
