K	Katie Dominiuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had our wedding here July 20th 2019. Dealing with the staff was easy and laid back. There isnt crazy strict rules like some halls have. They trusted us with the keys for the weekend and we could come and go as we pleased. The price is very very reasonable and the halls new Reno's are great. I am only giving it 4 stars because there are a few cons. No A/C making the hall very hot and muggy. The bar is very small, we brought in a second fridge to help keep beverages cool AND bought 2 huge coolers to hide under tables, the hall does not supply any plates or cutlery and you are not allowed to park trailers in the parking lot.....but there is a campsite 5 minutes down the road if needed. This hall is a little hidden gem in Spruce Grove and if I ever need too, I will definately use this hall again!!
M	Mark Muilwijk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A functional hall without much glamour. The exterior looks very dull: it is located behind railroad tracks on a light-industrial area, but there is enough parking. The inside, however, is kept up to date and clean (including the washrooms). That is great. I have been here several times as guest. I'm presuming the rent is cheap and that is how it looks and feels. It simultaneously has a relaxed, small-town vibe and that can be seen as a positive, down-to-earth quaintness as well. It's a hall in which people often just have fun because it isn't presumptuous.

It's a great place for an event if you are looking for value and affordability. Lots of parking and a good size for under 150 guests. And they allow outside catering as far as I am aware as the events I have attended here have had different caterers.
T	Tyler Kolodychuk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hall was a great budget option as they were extremely flexible, we were able to hold two dates to accommodate covid restrictions. The kitchen was adequate for our caterers, and everything is nicely renovated. Keep in mind the hall is more recently renovated, but is nothing overly extravagant so for a wedding the decorations are up to you. There is adequate parking for ~150 guests, with room for more depending on carpooling. There was an ant problem in their table/chair storage area, but they are trying to deal with it currently, and quickly brought someone to deal with it at our request. We also had a problem with the hot air blowing in the summer of the men's washroom, but again someone quickly came to fix it. The "Bar" Area could use a new stand and could stand to be renovated as it is a fair bit more dated than the rest. We also recommend getting chair covers if you are hosting a wedding although the standard black can do in a pinch. The outdoor patios out the back exits of the hall came in very nicely, as we had a particularly hot day 33 Celsius which massively heated up the building. The heat was a lot as the building does not have AC, thus keep in mind a hot day can make the building uncomfortable. This would not be a problem in any weather below 20 Celsius I expect. So winter spring and fall would be preferred for the venue. We had access to the hall all day Friday and Sunday, which was very convenient for setup and take down. The city reps were responsive and great to work with for questions.
