Should have more doors to the building since the parking is a bit far and if is raining will become and issue.
But is indeed a beautiful place.

โ โ โ โ โ Myself and other colleagues were here celebrating a high school graduation on May 5th, 2022. While the venue itself is very elegant, the service was very poor. The wait staff that came to our table were not friendly and did not go out of their way to speak with us or make us feel welcome. My friend was still eating her salad when the female waitress just grabbed her plate and started collecting them all.... not once did she ask a person if they were done with it, regardless if there's nothing on the plate, it is very poor manners to just grab it out of nowhere without acknowledging yourself. Her and I also ordered a tea after dessert, I was inserting the tea bag to my cup when another waiter came to our table and started clearing off everything from the tables, including the milkettes and sugar packets I had yet to use for my tea. Once again, this waiter never spoke to us or asked us if we were using anything on the tables. Speaking with others that evening, the overall consensus was that the service was quite poor, which is a shame because this really did leave a negative impact on an otherwise enjoyable evening with our staff and students.

โ โ โ โ โ We have been fortunate enough to hold all our events at Crystal Fountain - engagement, wedding, and our daughter's baptism this past weekend. It was the first event post covid restrictions, and we really didn't know what to expect when we started planning. George and Dean made the planning process super easy (even with my thousand phone calls lol). The food was as delicious as we remembered it, the hall beautiful and clean. Can't wait for our next event!!!

โ โ โ โ โ My husband and I got married there yesterday and the venue and its coordinators were amazing. George and Dean were easy to work with and accommodating to our requests. The food was delicious and the process of booking was smooth, given the limitations of COVID. Everyone was very professional and we have a great time. We didn't have to worry about anything because the coordinators took care of it all. We were very pleased with our time spent at Crystal Fountain and will recommend it to our friends for future events

โ โ โ โ โ We had our wedding at Crystal Fountain on Saturday May 7, 2022. We had postponed it twice due to Covid. George and Dean made everything so easy and not stressful at all. They were always there if we had questions or concerns. It was the most beautiful day of our lives. Everything was perfect, and Dean was there if we needed anything at all during the reception. I recommend Crystal Fountain a million times over. Staff, food, venue is all amazing.
