Very friendly staff, and very clean bathrooms. A bit on the pricey side, but the dog really really likes it,with the attached off leash area for him to roam. If your looking for something just outside Edmonton (20km from west Edmonton mall) then this is it.

Well, it shows that owners and staff take pride in making it a top notch facility. The only campground you should consider in the Edmonton area for your motorhome / trailer. Playground is a little small but works...

Nice campground. Bathrooms are amazingly clean. And pretty nice place to stay. Fairly open space, pet friendly and there is access to the dog park right next door.

We stayed at this RV Park on July 15th and 16th, 2017. This RV park received Stellar ratings in the Good Sam book. However, the laundry is expensive, $5.00 per load to wash and dry, and it is the first RV park that I have ever been to where I was required to pay quite a bit for a very short shower, per minute. Fortunately, we have a shower in the rv, so we didn't have to worry about that at this park. Still everywhere I have been in Canada and the US, I have never been asked to pay for a shower before, particularly when one is paying $47.50 (with a good sam discount) a night to stay in the trailer park. There is an off leash dog park nearby and all dogs must be restrained on their leashes in the rv park at all times. When you sign in, you are given paperwork that includes a rather long list of don'ts for their trailer park, and a request not to permit your dog to mess in the trailer park. Frankly, I don't know how you can possibly prevent that. All of their streets are named after different breeds of dogs and they tout themselves as dog friendly. I have never been to an RV park that is not dog friendly, nor have I ever been to an RV park that has such strict rules about dogs. Last year when traveling cross country, we stayed at an older RV park in the same area. On the upside, this Park is fairly new so it is clean and well-kept. They have guides that drive ahead of you and help you park when you arrive for the first time.

The water hook ups is filthy ? my RV is only a year old and the water there ruined my pump. The staff is quite rude, the guy cutting grass loves to go over the gravel and shoot rocks at the units, had to replace a window and now have tiny dents all over the RV. In the long run it cost me more than what I was saving and I should have just gone to the other RV park ??‍♀️

Nicely appointed RV park with good clean sites and far enough from the main drag that it's relatively quiet. Friendly staff. Small onsite store. Probably one of the best features is the large, fenced, off-leash dog park right next door for those traveling with their canine companions (it was pretty much right behind our campsite). There is even a separate smaller area specifically for small dogs. We parked and rented a van nearby and got picked up at the campground to get the rental. Close enough to Edmonton if you want to venture into the big city without too much time or effort. Would stay here again.

Beautiful park but not perfect. I will list the good first! The park is newer than most and has full service hookups. It has a big, beautiful dog park if your a dog owner. Wifi is basic so bring your own if you rely on good service! Now the bad; this isn’t a 55+ park so don’t expect peace and quiet! They cater to transient workers so there are lots of noisy trucks running at all hours! Although they have a wash area they don’t allow you to wash your rigs on your site. Laundry is costly for basic machines. And if you are not here by closing time your not getting in until the next morning but there is room to park outside the gate if your late. All in all it’s a nice park if your looking for an over night spot or a short stay. Spruce Grove is just down the road and has everything for shopping and restaurants you would ever need. If they don’t have it the west Edmonton Mall is a short drive away.
