Quand j'ai demandé à la personne à l'autre bout du fil si elle en vendait, elle m'a dit que je devais absolument passer en magasin pour voir. Bien évidemment, je ne veux pas aller la bas pour rien, donc je lui repose ma question. Elle me répond qu'ils vendent de tout et me raccroche au nez. Très mauvais service et personne irrespectueuse. I called for oven lights because mine burned. When I asked the person on the other end if she was selling it, she told me that I absolutely had to go to the store to see. Of course, I do not want to go for nothing, so I'm asking him my question. She tells me that they sell everything and hang up in my face. Very bad service and disrespectful person.

Je planifiais me départir de nombreux électroménagers en prévision d'un déménagement, dont 2 frigo, 2 fours, 1 kit de laveuse et sécheuse et un lave-vaisselle. Je ne voulais pas les vendre, seulement m'en débarrasser. Le monsieur qui me parle est clairement incapable de gérer aon agenda car le mois avant la date convenue, il m'appelle pour me prévenir qu'il est devant chez moi. What?? Je lui dis gentiment qu'il s'est trompé d'un mois. La semaine suivante, il me dit qu'il pkurra passer pe lendemain. What?? Bref, l'avant veille du jour que je demandais, j'appelle pour confirmer notre rendez-vous car j'ai un doute... Il me dit qu'il ne pourra pas le jour que je lui demandais car il avait noté le lendemain.... WHAT?? Lorsque je lui fais part de mon mécontent, il m'engueule me disant qu'il s'était simplement trompé... Morale de l'histoire, le service offert par cette entreprise est à l'image de son agebda d'affaire : voué à l'échec. The bottom of the basket is a term of service and organization.
