The sales representatives were nice and helpful, the lady at the store was very professional and assist me to pick the best choice of colour and type of floor to renew the kitchen on my house. I decided I want the floor to be delivered to my house and they help me to select the best day that doesn’t affect my schedule. At the moment of the delivery they were very professional, they give me a call 20 minutes before to arrive, and the order was undamaged and on in place. I am very thankful with the great services!!!!!!!

I had to change the carpet style and get requoted which was no hassle. The price was great, installation was fast. I will visit here again with my next flooring or carpet project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were moving into our new house but we desperately needed to do something about the stairs. The previous owner had painted the treads but it didn't look good and made the stairs slippery. We visited El Nino and picked out a carpet and they came only a few days after our closing date. The carpet is immaculate and the installers did an incredible job. We couldn't be happier. We plan on going back there for when we need our basement carpet replaced. Highly recommend. Great prices, very hard to beat! Photos are what they looked like before and how good they look now.
