No more dry skin when I'm using their bars, they a also don't disintegrate after only a couple uses. When my husband was washing after every work day, one whole bar would last us 3 months - that's 5 days a week that bar was being used by him, not to mention me 2-3 times a week. Great quality, wonderful products!

Soaps seem to have less product and are subpar. The great smell fades once it cured. They use to smell great for months, but now if not used when first cut, there hardly any smell. Also expect extremely bad dry itchy skin. From my experience, I had to get a really expensive skin cream to reverse the damage the soaps have done. Lost a long time customer! Reply: Why would I rectify this. My skin can do without your products! I bought many products over the years! I don't know if you changed your formula or what, but even so, after I seen how you treat your customers at your booth, myself and this review. NO! Try being honest and apologetic to your customers! You almost did... till you said MY experience is a fake. That''s like telling someone how to feel! Think it's a fake review all you want. Apparently I am not the only one that had a bad experience! Reply: That's ok report to google. Maybe I should contact Better Business Bureau! But I thought I give you a chance to at least apologize, but doesn't seem to be in your nature. Since you don't respond to anything, but only on here! This is not a fake review, I am NOT being paid for a bad review! This is a long time UNHAPPY customer, in which you have not resolve or even apologize to! This is NOT how a good business responds to bad reviews!

I was having issues on my computer making an order of over 40 individual kinds of soap and Ashfa personally did the long order for me and sent me an invoice as well as a few freebies. I would definitely order from here again. And the soaps smell delicious.

Since she was unable to go to the CNE this year to replenish her supply, we bought her some of her favourite body butters and soaps from here! They were fast with shipping and it was packaged perfectly. They even threw in an extra body butter on the house. I have very sensitive skin and the oatmeal, honey and goats milk soap bar is my absolute favourite! Our family swears by this company, all of their products are to die for! So much love for you guys ❤️

They use natural products without any harsh fillers. I love all the different scented soap bars and usually treat myself to a few at the CNE. This company is 100% Canadian and I'm proud to support it!

We waited almost 4 weeks for the items to be shipped which I was fine with. However once shipped we never received them. After making numerous attempts to contact the seller my boyfriend finally had to dispute the charges on his credit card. They replied once and said they would look into it and then never replied again. Absolutely horrible customer service. Highly unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about their clients or their money. I don't think the products are that great I wouldn’t know. Not worth the hassle. I wish I seen these reviews before ordering. I would NEVER recommend doing business with them.

The products are incredible; my hair is shiny, healthy, silky, and I hardly lose any hair in the shower! I have pointed many friends and family towards Skinlicious so that they can also have happier, healthier hair :) Now I can also add excellent and above-the-top customer service to my glowing review. There was an issue with Canada Post with my most recent order, and the owner did absolutely everything within her power to make sure that I received my order as quickly as possible. She sent emails with me back and forth and even called me to reassure me that the issue was being taken care of. I can't say enough about this business - do yourself a favor and buy some products now!!
