โ โ โ โ โ Son attended this centre in preschool room with Peggy. Everyday, my son would be picked up in a soaking wet diaper along with diaper rashes. Immediately removed him from this daycare and found somewhere else that treats him as their own.

โ โ โ โ โ It was hard for me to find a really good day care in my area. All I can say is Iโm so happy I came across St.Paulโs Child Care Centre. I am pleased to see my 15 month old come home happy and wanting to go back. The staff are great and friendly. Natalie the director here is absolutely the best she will answer all your concerns and questions needed about starting your child at this centre. Staff in the infant room is GREAT! Iโm happy to see my child happy here. And I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone. Bring your child here you will be happy! I canโt say how much I appreciate all you guys do. Thanks again.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is not friendly, dropped my child off and Natalie was at the door- did not say hello nor acknowledge myself or my daughter.
My daughter always comes home in a super wet diaper, covered in food all around her mouth and is always super cranky. My daughter never looks forward to being dropped off at the centre and says โno mommy, they are mean!โ RED FLAGS!
Took my daughter out of this centre and placed her elsewhere and she receives the care that is paid for! Donโt bring your children to this centre, terrible experiences and have heard the same from other parents as well as the educators.
All the educators always look so grumpy and never greet you but rather grab your child from you and close the door in your face. How would they appreciate it if their children were treated this way?
If I could give zero stars, I would.

โ โ โ โ โ As a former employee of this location, I can say upper management can be alot better esp. with being honest on clear with staff, they also lack in the up keep of materials for children and resources for staff esp. at this location. Hopefully it has gotten better, as for the teachers they do the best they can as some of them arn't RECEs they do the best they can. The food is ok but could be alot better I don't think the menus are approved by a nutritionist, once again the cook does the best she can with what's given to her. Overall this center needs alot of work in many places and hopefully it gets it soon.

โ โ โ โ โ My child hasn't started communicating verbally, but I can see so much love she gets from Her daycare. She's always happy going to ST Paul on the Hill. Through my daughter I can tell there's so much love her teachers show her. Only thing that can take my children away from ST Paul on the hill is,if we move far away from Durham region. I love St Paul on the hill so much!

โ โ โ โ โ I found myself confused by some of the previous reviews - as I have been dealing with this centre for over three years and have never had an issue! My son, my daughter, my nephew and my friends children have all gone here and our experiences have been amazing. I started my son here after a TERRIBLE experience elsewhere and was nervous starting him somewhere else; but from the start they made him - and myself - feel comfortable and reassured. The staff are always friendly and welcoming - before the pandemic when we were allowed inside the building, I always saw the children happy, engaged and well cared for. The classrooms represented how much effort was being put into occupying them - colourful art projects, delicious smelling snacks/food, and plenty of toys and learning materials. With Covid - while I canโt see inside, I know how seriously they are taking the protocols and they do so with the same welcoming smiles on their faces. Peggy was my sons teacher and is now my daughters - and they both adored her. Natalie was my daughters teacher before stepping back into the director role and I can attest to the fact sheโs phenomenal at both roles. Lianne, Erin, Laura, Lisa - and all the other amazing teachers/employees whose names I donโt know are all fantastic. I recommend this daycare 100%.
