★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a truck from them and was completely lied to about the vehicle. Claimed the only issue was a cracked wind shield come to find out the truck was in a major accident on the passenger side. Was given a clean car fax report when that was clearly not the truth. Make sure you look the vehicles over very closely before making any purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shady acres. Never buy from them. We purchased a truck from them and it had NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Sad because I work for a dealer and we were buying this truck for a customer. We were told this truck was READY TO GO with NO MECHANICAL issues. Lies. It had bald tires, a shimmy, needs u joints and has a dented bumper. Well done guys. Shady acres. I would never ever do business with them again ?? Carmelo Cirone and Andy ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I originally gave this five stars, I'm changing my review. I do not believe that they actually did an inspection on my car before purchase. I went for an oil change and was told that the car has definetly been bottomed out and has a dented oil pan. This should have been discovered with the original issue of the windshield fluid tank being cracked. Then my BCM has been messed up. Never had an oil change like they said it did. Lots of issues with this car. I'm disappointed and will not recommend their business.
Carmelo went above and beyond with my sale. From coming in on a Sunday, honoring a pricing mistake and fixing an undiscovered issue with my car shortly after buying it. I would not normally review nor recommend a dealership, but he made my experience an easy and excellent one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing.. My truck was stolen and by the time I received a settlement was Thanksgiving weekend.. And of all things was a storm a brewing.. Low and behold Carmelo was taking messages when I sent some about a prospective unit.. We messaged back/forth and he offered to come in holiday Monday so my daughter and I could try and have a look.. (Short story I work away from home and only had 3 more days to find something...first 2 days and 3500km on a rental, and bs ads from others wasted my time...) truck looked good, and his info was solid and honest.. Very honest!!! We talked pricing and I continue to city to see truck on a Monday am.. When we arrived it was an "aaaaaah" moment for my daughter and myself.. Truck was everything and more than ad showed.. It was started and snow cleared off so we would be comfortable to take for a drive.. We bought it! Process, communication, accessibility, honesty, and overall gentleman handshake dealer!! Definitely would use again.. Thanks!!! **note.. I don't normally buy a diesel without an inspection... but felt comfortable enough with info available wasn't even an issue..**

The vehicles are excellent quality and prices and they are here for the customer and willing to take care of the customer. They aren’t focused on high pressure tactics and actually care about quality and your money and savings. Very fair! I highly recommend visiting this dealership for your used car needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 2009 Saturn Vue from Edmonton truck sales on December 23rd 2021. Had a full inspection and was all set to go. It’s now February 12th 2022 and the number of days I’ve had a drivable car is precisely zero. On the way home the car suffered many electrical issues. Causing the AWD and stabiltrac to not be active and complete power failure of the vehicle. Then the next day the power steering pump went. We contacted Carmelo and he said he would have it looked at but the car at this point was not drivable so he agreed we could take it to a local shop. After the car was diagnosed and it came time to pay the bill for only the electrical problem ($260) Carmelo was upset that I took to a Chevy dealership and not a shop with a lower rate he felt that $200 was plenty. Now that doesn’t even include the power steering issue. I’m now into the car an additional $1600. Carmelo said that “he had the car inspected so it’s now our problem”. I don’t believe the car was inspected in the first place. Or at least not very well. I’ve since had it inspected myself and many issues were found that were not mentioned by Carmelo or the on the report given to us.
