When I got to the clinic, I was able to see Dr. Tsang within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment. He was extremely friendly and professional, and prompt to give me an accurate diagnosis and treatment options. Dr. Tsang is truly one of the best foot doctors in the city. Would definitely give him more than five stars.

A friend suggested Dr Tsang so I made an appointment to see him. Dr Tsang was very professional and the front staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr Tsang took hi time to assess my foot. He took some x-rays and sent me to do some test. I have to say, he was very thorough. When all the assessments were complete, I found out I had gout and a small hair line fracture on my foot. I am so grateful that Dr Tsang found out the source of my pain and was able to come up with a treatment plan that helped resolved my foot problems.
S	Shelby Wray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Dr Tsang April 2019 for surgery to correct my ingrown toe nails. While there I expressed my concerns about toe nail fungus. While the surgery for my ingrowns went great, I am now dealing with severe fungus because I was told by Dr Tsang that it wasn’t “fungus” , but that my nails looked like that from wearing “high heels” or “tight shoes”. I don’t know but you would think a doctor with that many credentials would be able to tell what toe nail fungus is. Not to mention the front end staff is absolutely terrible. Communication is extremely lacking, and so is their medical knowledge. Probably wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here, find a better doctor.
R	Rob S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Dr Tsang for custom orthotics for about ten years now and have several sets. They are great quality (my first set is just wearing out now) and they have solved my problems with Plantar fasciitis. I recently had some ankle pain and after getting no help from other doctors who just prescribed pain medication without any treatment, I went to see Dr Tsang. He saw me and examined my ankle and discussed with me the issues and pains I was having first. Then, after sending me for further examination and ultrasound, we had a follow up appointment to discuss the results and treatment plan for me. Most ankle and foot problems are a slow recovery, but I am now on my way to having severe tendonitis and torn ligaments being healed and have treatment and prevention options for the future. The staff at his office are also friendly and helpful. They always explain the costs of the appointment when booking with them and explain what is and is not covered by Alberta Health. The fees are reasonable and service is prompt. I will definitely continue to see Dr Tsang for all my foot and ankle concerns.

I don't know why this place doesn't have a higher star rating. The rest of the staff are super friendly and awesome people as well. They even gave me a good amount of gauze free of charge. I can't reccomend this place enough if you have a ingrown toe nail or other foot realted issues. DR.Tsang really cares about his patients and that's harder to find then it should be. If your reading this just book a appointment and enjoy the benfits of their fantasic friendly service.

They Always assisted my relatives and I over the years with fungus, planter wart to anything.Did surgery for my fathers years ago as well. He even took my custom insoles and cut them for my work boots due to foot discomfort. Even helped what paper I needed for coverage, Thank You.<3 KEYPOINTS:✅ -Facility always Clean. -Experienced Physician’s. -Bathrooms tidy and Clean. -Organized Paperwork and Reminders. -Calls when close to App Dates. -Friendly in Person. -Fast Service. However why I have given 4/5 stars is due to The front desk I am unaware who it was but they were rude to me on few occasions and I just ended the conversation to speak in person. I recommend these Doctors!!!! Dr. Tsang & Dr. Chen They will assist you perfectly. Never judge a professional due to others mistakes such as the front desk.
