I called ahead to ask if they had sold out of a certain flavour of juul pods, and the lady on the phone kept me waiting for 5 minutes, just to tell me she couldn’t give me that information. When I asked why, she was very rude about it. And seemed completely disinterested and withdrawn from the conversation. This policy is stupid because no one wants to go the way to the store not knowing if the product they want is even there.
B	Brad M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The day staff are amazing, they remember you, what you commonly buy, etc. The overnight staffer won’t take her headphones out and then asks you to repeat yourself a dozen times, insisting it’s your mask that’s the problem, rolls hers eyes if you ask for “fresh food” in the evening besides what she prepared at the start of her shift, and has a really snarky attitude. I just don’t go late at night anymore. Don’t need a bubbly happy puppy dog attitude, but you don’t have to act like i’m ruining your life either, just cause i asked for a pizza.
K	K D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unimpressed with the new night staff Jay I believe. I go to the store for cat food and I get there and the door is locked with a sign saying back in 10. There were 2 people who were already outside waiting and I asked 1 guy how long he had been waiting for and he tells me 40mins. Well I waited for 10 minutes and still the guy working still hadn't come out, so I called the store and he finally comes out and goes to the phone and turns the ringer off. Then he proceeded to put products on the shelves and still hasn't open the door. He walked by numerous times and he had seen us outside waiting but he didn't care. I knocked on the door and he looked at me and he shrugged and he went back to putting stuff away. Thankfully the delivery truck showed up and he had no choice but to open the door for the delivery, but I can guarantee that he would not have opened the door otherwise. So in the meantime I watched numerous potential customers who just left because the door was locked. I have worked nightshift at 711 and I know from experience that he had enough time to get all of his work done on time with out having to lock the door. The daysatff is awesome but between the ridiculously cranky white guy and the east Indian guy I am not impressed with the nightshift workers

R	Re View on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This old lady is always asking for money, smokes & for people to buy her stuff (all day long) It’s getting so annoying when trying to walk in she holds the door open and is coughing all over. People shouldn’t be bugged every single time. The staff isn’t as good as 4 years ago, I think they have a big turn over and it’s a mess outside usually.
