★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good help from one of the young bucks. Helped me find some hardware pieces for my truck. One of the older guys didn't help me worth a phuck pick the right fittings for my tools (even when I asked him) so I left with the wrong stuff. At least he waddled over to show me where they were located. No hard feelings. Five stars if I didn't have to go back and return these fittings one day haha

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a local business person I know that being close to them allows a better re pore and more knowledgeable help (when they know their client's business and fasteners used) so keep that in mind. However, I have never seen them give anything less than stellar service, excellent help and quite often lower prices on the same tools and supplies to every customer equally any time I have gone in there. If you want their excellent assistance don't be bashful, walk right up to the counter (respectfully of other customers of course) and ask: I always start looking at the shelves while the staff are in the back gathering my fasteners, but still get asked if I need help. What surpasses excellence: I've never been "up-sold" and have even been told when their competitor has something cheaper or better. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently ordered a Bradley digital smoker from these guys online and I feel the need to let everyone know my experience.
The young gentleman I was dealing with, Austen, was great from the get go. He advised me on the product and got it shipped out to Vancouver Island at lightning speeds and I got it in a single day!
When it arrived, however, the unit had been damaged in transit and the automatic feeder unit didn't work so I sent off an email to see what the procedure for exchanges looks like over such a distance. First thing in the morning after the family day long weekend, I got an email from Dave with a return shipping label and instructions as well as a confirmation that they've already shipped out a replacement unit for me.
I'm very impressed.
All the way up the line, these guys stand out as a shinning example of what customer service should look like. They were prompt, communicative, and professional to the highest standard.
Five stars. AAA+++.

Thankfully my second purchase went much better a different sales associate explained how the smart nuts were used to connect the angle brackets. Very good example of positive customer service
