★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reported an incident regarding truck # 8032 operated by Caron Transport - InterLoad leaking a large amount of oil on the Yellowhead Highway and on to my car. It says complaints are managed within 5 days I contacted ASGA after 7 days and 9 days. There has been no follow up email or calls. The clean up has cost me over $ 300.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year we had a gravel truck dump a load of rock on our pickup truck on highway 2 in Alberta. We used the ASGA number to contact the association and they gave us an automated answer that someone would help us out...... that was about a year ago now.... multiple unanswered emails and calls later and they have been zero help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truck #7076 was swerving on the wrong side of the road multiple times. My boyfriend and I went to pass him in the passing lane and he was driving in the left lane so we tried to pass in the right lane and when we were almost right beside him he'd go in our lane and cut us off happened twice... one minute he was in the shoulder and the next he was in the incoming lane.. this all occured on highway 21 from Edmonton to Camrose. I do not feel safe like guys like this on the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truck 7042 License Plate 5VBO-65 caused multiple large cracks on my windshield and dents on my car. (VIDEO RECORDED)Since September 2020 I've called 4 times (CALLS RECORDED) the company promises a call return that never happens. I asked for a supervisor or manager and was told that they don't have that information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never used them but 2 of their drivers nearly ran our service truck off the road along with 2 other vehicles on a 10 minute drive. The most reckless dangerous driving ive seen from a large truck. Tried to report them but customer service did not care at all. Trucks were 6084 and A108. These drivers will kill someone and they just dont care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give them zero stars if it was helpful. 18 days after reporting an unsafe truck (Truck 4514) from an incident on August 4, 2021 and radio silence from ASGA and the company involved. I am disappointed in the Truck Registry Program. I replaced my windshield and thankful avoided an accident but would have loved to have the company involved know they need to pay more attention to ensuring loads are secure. I have worked in construction as a labourer/equipment operator and in administration and this lack of customer service is unacceptable. It is little wonder that people are skeptical of gravel truck drivers. I have called twice and have been assured someone is looking into my complaint.
