★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is great to see a thriving chess club in Edmonton. Great job Terry for keeping this club going. I have heard someone say that the Edmonton Chess Club rivals the famous Marshal club in New York!
There is a large quiet room to play, and a social room to practice. There are refreshments. Mondays are more casual rapid play and Thursdays are more serious. There are plenty of events and tournaments on the weekends.
