They had used way too much hair and didn’t use enough beads to hold the weight and it was so uncomfortable and heavy I had to take it out myself the same night. I have been following the ???????????? for years and after so long of debating I decided to go for it! It was definitely the best decision I have ever made! I don’t think I will ever be able to not have them now! Thank you so much for such a great experience and for the awesome service and kindness from everyone at the salon!

I also found out that they overcharge on the low quality extensions and up mark them like they're high quality. Instead of fixing it, she took the problem personally instead of professionally. This young lady wanted to do my hair, take my money, and once she my money she didn't care. The get the impression the kid that own this business, the only time things get fixed is when her mom steps in. I'm now quite loyal to the new salon, the new extensions have lasted and are significantly less damage. I say this after a year of testing out the new salon compared to dealing with the extensionist for two installs. It was the 2nd time I saw some true colours. The salon is beautiful, I bet their lease rates are through the roof. The girls there were kind but unprofessional in my opinion. This is just my personal experience, perhaps others had a good experience. I'm in my 40s, been getting extensions for over 10 years and this was the worst service and hair quality I've ever received while paying the most I've ever paid. Ladies, you can the same services for half the price better service /hair quality everywhere else.

The extensions I had installed blend seamlessly and I’m always getting compliments on how healthy my hair looks. Eva is so great to work with and I always look forward to my touch up appointments. Definitely recommend!

Overall the salon is nice and most of the staff is friendly although I find customer service can lack sometimes. I have had appointments where I have felt rushed out the door in the past even though I booked in advanced for the service being done or waited upwards of 20 minutes before someone has acknowledged I was there for my appointment. In that time the salon has moved 3 times, I wish they would chose a location with adequate free parking, especially for those who drive trucks and larger vehicles! My first set of extensions was great, my second set I don’t feel the hair is as good of quality and it isn’t lasting as long despite taking great care of it and using high quality products, which is disappointing when you spend that much money. I do really like the vogue pearl technique as it is non damaging and has allowed my natural hair to grow

I have tried many different salons and type of extensions, the method and customer service at the extensionist is unmatched! The hair is great quality and they make sure everything is perfect before you leave. I have sent many of my friends to this salon and all of them are extremely satisfied. Emily is amazing and has done both of my installs and is soon to do my third! Highly recommend.
