Celebrating 3 years of hosting live music, weddings, charity events and corporate parties, MERCURY ROOM is our main venue.

The unique layout creates a large open room that can be combined with ROOM 80, though a large sliding door, to double your capacity.

Using the main room itself, giving the feel of a more intimate space for smaller parties or mixers of 100. Opening the doors will allow for a capacity of 190 for empty-room standing events and room for up to 125 for a seated reception.

S	Stuart K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to mercury room for Friday nights on occasion. It's separately managed. I really don't know how the whole thing works but the Fridays are fun. Staff/volunteers are friendly, and it's a good vibe with excellently curated live entertainment.
D	Dana Blackwell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live across the street and some nights I really hate this place. The people who hang out in the front smoking and goofing around can get loud and rowdy. Also some nights the bass is so loud I can feel it in my bed. I wish they would do something about that - like create a smoking area in the back instead and ask people to be more courteous. There never seems to be anyone checking on the people in front - at least a bar would have a bouncer keeping people in line.
L	LUKE FIELDING on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to see local talent but the night we were here they were having issues with the washrooms so there was very limited washrooms for the amount of people in the room. The beer choices were pretty good and I think the owners had a good idea when they opened this place. A few more tweaks here and there and this place will surely because a well known Edmonton venue for live music. The woman at the door was a bit belligerent but she settled down as the night went on and started enjoying herself too.

The only reason why I'm not rating it 5 is because the alcohol at the bar was a little bit on the expensive side.

They've remodeled this place so it's bigger and offers more seating in the back where the bar used to be. There's now food service for EXTREMELY reasonable prices on Friday nights. This is one of the best small venues in YEG.

The venue itself was perfect and provided such a cool atmosphere for my friends special birthday gathering. The staff made sure everybody was having a good time. I'd definitely recommend booking the Mercury Room for any kind of music event!
