★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous customer service list a price a car then a day later raises it ,never sends information from a car,ended buying a car today they did not send me the vin number and information about the car . most reputable dealer will .,that a fact i think the manager needs some tutorial how to give better service to a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 2013 dodge journey through canada drives. I had to first take a bus 10 hours to edmonton as they did not want to pay for some one to drive the vehicle to High level. i was reimbursed for the bus ticket. vehical interior was ok. some paneling on the drivers seat was broken. Got the unit back to high level to find the oil was changed but the oil filter was not. rear tires had the inner shoulders worn out. due to no alignment being done both passenger tires received side wall damage. I took the vehicle in for tires before i have even made my first payment. turns out both rear trailing arms were damaged and need replacing at 200 each. so 1200 for winter tires, 200 for alignment and now 400 for damaged parts. i asked for reliability and did not get it. i would not recommend this place to any one. all these good reviews listed on this and other sites are employees. Run from this company. thanks for making my first vehical purchase an absolute night mare.
