β β β β β I came in as a loyal customer. I came in there every time to get my refills and any other medications I might need. The other day a I asked a Latina lady, short, big and long hair for some help concerning two products. Her tone of voice and attitude did not sound great. I get that you can be busy and all that but you don't have to be rude and give me attitude. Poor customer service. Sometimes I wonder why people even get hired like this. Yes they may have qualifications that fit your description of the job but atleast see if your employees are nice. Because this is the 2nd time she was unable to help me out and give me attitude.

β β β β β People as usual rude so all of them except the oldest lady. The other Indian lady black long hair doesn't have idea what customer service is.
I dont understand why they work in service if they don't know how to treat people.

β β β β β Pharmacist put her mask down and talked to other staffs and customers
The other pharmacist who gave me a shot today didn't wear his gloves and even didn't sanitize his hands before shot. Even he already sanitized his hands before he picked up that injection, he still needs to sanitize again because he touched some other stuffs before my injection so he needs to sanitize again but he didn't. Their injection area is located out side of their pharmacy.. I wouldn't comeback to this pharmacy never. Please remind that Wear a mask and sanitize your hands before injetion is super super basic even I know about that

β β β β β Very bad staff! not at all friendly. I've had an appointment for my Booster dose and they denied me the vaccine saying stupid reason (moderna not recommended for people under 30).
I think I should actually report them to getvaccinated, BC
