Edgewood Estates is a unique community which includes: an onsite hair salon, pickup & drop-off drycleaning services, daily scheduled activities and outings, and health & wellness program.
Our exercise area has been newly renovated and comes complete with an indoor walking track, to ensure you get your daily steps in. We also have an outdoor pool right on the river, indoor hot tub, sauna, and shower facilities. Also on-site is our popular puzzle and reading lounge, and we welcome all tenants to book our multi-purpose room for all your special occasions.
Our 25 person shuttle bus will take you all around town, and to any appointments; group outings are scheduled daily to the movies and casino, grocery store trips, and doctor’s appointments. Let us do the driving for you!

Their professional & personal brands are on point and when meeting with them you experience the passion they have for showing people their next “home sweet home”. They are both very knowledgeable on all details of the rental suites, buildings and property. They are extremely professional in their interactions and also take the time to listen to any and all questions and find answers. They invest personally in getting to know not only potential renters, but the tenants who already live in the 3 different blocks. Shelley & Michelle are extremely approachable, they are invested in getting to know what you’re looking for in a living space and they both have such a positive and friendly personality. 5 stars and more, hands down!

As a first time renter, I had a lot of questions while choosing my suite and after moving in. Shelley has gone above and beyond to answer my questions, ensure I was comfortable, and address any concerns I had. Not only this, but the building itself is beautiful, clean, with great appliances, and absolutely amazing views!

Michelle and Shelley from the leasing office have been fantastic, always going above and beyond to make sure our move-in experience was the best it could be. They are extremely friendly and helpful. So far we have only met a few people from the Admin and Maintenance staff, but all staff here seem to really enjoy their jobs. This is very nice to see. The cleaning staff do an excellent job keeping the building clean and the grounds are immaculate. Now that we are almost settled in our lovely 2 bedroom apartment, we can't wait to go explore the grounds and surroundings especially the River Walkways. Also, is an easy walk to Kildonan Park. We love all the amenities here like the underground heated parking, outdoor pool, shuttle, hair salon and many, many more. If you're looking for a place where you can really feel at home, this is it. The management here is awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have recently had the pleasure of dealing with the leasing and management offices at Edgewood Estates. I cannot say enough great things about the experience. Shelley and Michelle in the leasing office have been patient in answering my relentless questions and the manager Christine is reasonable in accommodating many requests that I brought her way. There are many amenities at Edgewood such as pool, gym, underground heated parking, shuttle, and many more etc. The buildings are quiet and clean. Many suites have been renovated and can be rented for a reasonable price. With the gorgeous views of the river and downtown Winnipeg in the distance, I would not want to live anywhere else. I am thankful that these ladies have taken the care they have with my move and they deserve an excellent review!

Amanda in the office was so friendly and helpful when ever I needed something fixed or had questions. Any repairs in my apartment were dealt with so quickly. Honestly… I have nothing bad to say about this place!

The staff in the management office are incredibly responsive and professional. The maintenance staff are out of this world.
If you are looking to move, this is the best place in the world.
My transition from a home for over 25 years to an apartment has been seamless.
This felt like truly coming home. Thank you to the amazing staff.

From the first moment of contact, all the way through up till moving day, and even after, everything has been incredible.
Amanda in the office is so quick and helpful to answer any concerns or questions.
From the first time meeting, Amanda immediately made me feel welcomed, and at home even before moving in.
Our new home is everything and more that we could have asked for, and the girls in the office are always there if you need anything.
