★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the customer service I have received this afternoon by the owner himself on the phone, I was pretty shocked on how his communication skills are very poor. I have to be honest though the staff he has are extremely welcoming and friendly. I was very embarrassed by my clients while referring them and stating that there is a huge potential to rent a couple of excavators for a long term from Edge one at shawson. The embarrassing moment was when Phil stated "that he never met me and does not no who he is talking to" after providing him in details who I am and my companies name (very unnecessary) As well he was more concerned where I got his number from when the officer number is all over Google. I believe that he should work more on his communication skills prior to serving customers who are bringing business. I came to do business and you totally disrespected me when all I did was be friendly and polite. Never again I would deal with your office in Mississauga and Hamilton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service today from these guys. To be honest I didn't even know they were there. They were very accommodating and I never got the sense that I was bothering them. I was treated like I had been doing business with them for years. I rented a small excavator and a jumping jack to do a small construction job I had down the street. I will definitely use them again.
