Used presentation2go for a birthday/anniversary party, from the beginning to the end the encounter was great.Their staff was very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with would definitely recommend them, the party would not be the same without them, you want A+ service, presentation2go is the way to go.

We unfortunately had a very negative experience with this company. We booked Presentations 2 Go over a year in advance, to have access to a sound system, a wireless mic and a projector screen for our wedding at Swagat Banquet hall. On our wedding day in July 2019 we could not initially get access to the projector screen. In fact we were told we had not paid for the projector screen, even though it was clearly stated in our contract that we had paid for this service. An individual was sent to give us access to the screen while the wedding was already underway (we initially thought the individual was from Presentations 2 Go). This (as well as some other hiccups) lead us to have to change the order of our wedding program. After our wedding, we learned that Swagat banquet hall dropped Presentations 2 Go as the third party company that operates the sound system and the projector screen in the hall, months before our wedding date. Another company was now responsible for this. Instead of letting their clients (who signed contracts with them, and paid money) know about the change at the hall, Presentations 2 Go decided to stay silent. We e-mailed the company a few weeks before our wedding to notify them of the laptop that we would be bringing to hook up to the system at the hall. We received a response stating that they would bring the correct connections for the laptop, instead of the truth: that our contract was not longer in effect, and that they would not be there. In a very recent conversation with Presentations 2 Go, we were told that the staff were not allowed to let clients know about the broken contracts. The new company that took over apologized to us and provided us with a partial refund, however at the time of the partial refund we were still in the dark about the fact that we were dealing with a new company. We thought the partial refund came from Presentations 2 Go, when in fact it hadn't. It's also now clear to us that the new company did not take over the old contracts from Presentations 2 Go. After what has been a rather frustrating process, getting to the bottom of the issue that occurred at our wedding, we think that is unacceptable for a company to choose to stay silent when they are no longer able to honor contracts for their clients. The reasons for staying silent that were given to us were: "we would lose out on a a lot of money" and "clients would be freaked out". Dealing with the issue head on, rather than trying to cover it up would have caused a lot less headache for all parties concerned. The banquet hall acted very unprofessionally, however Presentations 2 Go should have taken more responsibility in this situation. Rather unfortunate, as we have heard great things about Presentations 2 Go from other people.

I use presentation 2 go all the time at most venues. As event planners, we usually call them and they takes care of all our need. When we are at the event, we always see a presentation 2 go staff there, which always helps. We used them for my own wedding last year. Amazing people to work with alongside Guru Productions, we had P2G for our Wedding and Reception at Lakeshore Community Centre they took care of all the intricate details that made our special day perfect. I'm only giving 4 stars because of a few minor issues. The GOBO we ordered took a lot longer than expected and it was hard to get a hold of P2G a week before the wedding to finalize the design. During the event the GOBO didn't turn out great. The 2 wireless Mics gave out during our speeches which was slightly annoying but the technician on site was able to fix them with only minor delays. DJ Serge is absolutely the best he provided us with full day music coverage and being as knowledgeable as himself he was able to help us throughout the event. I would give DJ Serge 5 stars. I am still overall very satisfied with both P2G and Guru Productions and will recommend to all.

We worked with Angie and she was fantastic. Very informative, very patient and ensured we got the right packages that met our needs. We ended up booking our Sparklers from Presentations2Go. They added elegance to our event and had a LOT of power to them (we were able to use them multiple times). Their prices and packages are very reasonable. Absolutely fantastic service. I have rented audio equipment from them on various occasions for shows - typically for live band setups. Great price and never had any issues operating the equipment, as they are diligent about testing and repairing their gear.
