Ça a tout pris pour avoir un rendez-vous, puis ils annulent le rendez-vous la veille et ne vous rappellent jamais pour rescéduler. J’espère que vos techniciens sont meilleurs que vos agents de service à la clientèle!

It took everything to have an appointment, then they cancel the appointment the day before and never call you back. I hope your technicians are better than your customer service agents!
