★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GRH entretien est certainement la pire compagnie avec qui vous pouvez faire affaire.
Engagé, en début de pandémie de la covid-19, GRH devait nous fournir 2 employés (1 homme et 1 femme) pour effectuer le ménage de nos bureaux 3 fois par jour en plus de notre concierge habituel qui lui ne rentre que le soir.
Déjà, dans les débuts, le personnel ce présente à n'importe quel heure. Il est même arrivé une journée où ils sont pointés à 9h, 10h et 11h. Quel est la logique là dedans? On remarqua beaucoup de coins ronds dès le début. Nous avons appelés GRH pour le signifier mais aucun retour d'appel de leur part. Le plancher était lavé 1 fois sur 4. Les distributeurs jamais remplis. Les locaux étaient aussi dégueulasse qu'avant.
Je vous ai dit que nous avions demandé 1 homme et 1 femme. La raison est que nous avons des douches dans nos salles de bains afin que les cyclistes peuvent prendre une douche avant travail où que les employés peuvent profiter du petit gym pendant leurs pause. Hey bien, figuré vous qu'ils ont envoyé 2 filles et ce qui devait sûrement arriver, arriva. Disons qu'une employé à vu de quoi avait l'air un homme en entrant dans la salle de bain sans cogner. Suite à cet événement, les employés ne faisaient plus les salles de bains et j'ai même vue le contrat augmenter. Quand je les appelée, on m'a dit que le contrat avait changer car j'avais oubliée de mentionner des tâches et détails.
Suite à cette expérience, j'ai décidée d'engager 1 concierge temps de jour et sérieusement le travail est mieux fait et ça me coûte moins cher.

Hired at the start of the covid-19 pandemic, GRH had to provide us with 2 employees (1 man and 1 woman) to clean our offices 3 times a day in addition to our usual janitor who only comes home in the evening.
Already, in the beginnings, the personnel present at any time. There even happened a day when they were checked in at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. What is the logic in this? We noticed a lot of corners from the start. We called GRH to signify it but no return call from them. The floor was washed once in 4. The dispensers never filled. The premises were as disgusting as before.
I told you that we asked for 1 man and 1 woman. The reason is that we have showers in our bathrooms so that cyclists can shower before work or that employees can take advantage of the small gym during their breaks. Hey well, you figured they sent 2 girls and what was sure to happen, happened. Let's say an employee saw what a man looked like when he walked into the bathroom without knocking. Following this event, the employees no longer did the bathrooms and I even saw the contract increase. When I called them, I was told that the contract had changed because I had forgotten to mention tasks and details.
Following this experience, I decided to hire 1 daytime concierge and seriously the job is better done and it costs me less.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait appel à cet entreprise, il y a 1 an, afin de faire l'entretien ménagé de notre local commercial. 1 fois sur 5 le personnel avait l'uniforme exigé en contrat. Le contrat exigeait le ménage 2 fois par jours. Parfois on ce présentait qu'une fois. Le plancher était laver que le soir et non à la première visite alors que le contrat stipulait laver matin et soir. Beaucoup de coins ronds. On les appels et ils ne font rien. Ça change toujours de personnels et ont doit à chaque fois leurs dirent quoi faire.
I called on this company, 1 year ago, to do the cleaning of our commercial premises. 1 in 5 the staff had the uniform required by contract. The contract required cleaning twice a day. Sometimes we only presented it once. The floor was only washed in the evening and not on the first visit whereas the contract stipulated washing morning and evening. Lots of rounded corners. We call them and they do nothing. It always changes staff and each time they have to tell them what to do.
