★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tres mauvais service lors que tu vas faire réparer ton vehicule et que le cadre de la fenêtre est noir lustré et lorsque je retourne le chercher il est noir mat et qu'ils ont du le changer à plusieurs reprise car il etait mal installé et pour la dernière réparation il changeais la porte conducteur complet et lorsque je suis retourné chercher mon vehicule le cadrage de fenetre est encore noir mat et le directeur me dit qu'il recevrait le tape mardi le 4/01/2022 mais il le savais qu'il fallait qu'il le commande chez hyundai directement car il a été commander a plusieurs reprise chez hyundai.
Very bad service when you go to have your vehicle repaired and the window frame is glossy black and when I return to look for it it is matt black and they had to change it several times because it was incorrectly installed and for the last repair he changed the complete driver's door and when I returned to get my vehicle the window frame is still matt black and the manager told me that he would receive the tape on Tuesday 4/01/2022 but he knew it had to be that he order it from hyundai directly because it has been ordered several times from hyundai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I came to pick up the vehicle after repairs were made, I noticed several issues. The bumper did not line up correctly, they damaged my dashboard, and there were some issues with paint. The second time I went to pick up I noticed the new windshield was cracked. I also found out that aftermarket parts were used instead of OEM. They said that he insurance company did not inform them. Finally went to pick up my car and everything was in order. Hopefully no more future issues.
