Je ne regrette pas mon achat mais j’ai dû aller inspecter moi même mes meubles à l’entrepôt car j’ai dû les retourner 2 fois parce que personne n’est foutu de faire une première inspection pour s’assurer que tout est ok avant d’envoyer au client . Je doute revivre l’expérience Setlakwe . Merci Poor customer service on the other hand your deliverymen are on the boat. I do not regret my purchase but I had to go and inspect my furniture myself at the warehouse because I had to return them 2 times because nobody is done to make a first inspection to make sure everything is ok before sending to the customer. I doubt to relive the Setlakwe experience. Thank you

On c'est dit ouin c'est vraiment long mais sa va nous laisser le temps de faire de petite réno alors on le prend. Sa fait plusieurs fois que j'appelle pour savoir où en est ma commande et on repousse toujours. J'ai eu un appel la semaine passé de ma vendeuse et la compagnie repousse de 1 mois minimum ma commande. J'ai demandé à parlé à sa gérante pour avoir sois un remboursement ou un dédommagement vu l'attente, elle devait me rappeler le lendemain mais j'attend toujours cet appel depuis 1 semaine. J 'aurais pas de divan pour Noël Dommage j'aimais bcp votre magasin mais c'était la dernière fois que j'achète là!!! I bought a couch for $ 3000 in early August. The saleswoman tells us that it will arrive max mid October. We said yeah it's really long but its going to give us time to do a little renovation so we take it. Its done several times that I call to find out where my order is and we always push back. I had a call last week from my salesperson and the company is pushing back my order for at least 1 month. I asked to speak to her manager to have either a refund or compensation given the wait, she had to call me back the next day but I have still been waiting for this call for 1 week. I would not have a sofa for Christmas Too bad I loved your store a lot but it was the last time I bought there !!!
