Great place to test Asbestos! They were quick, easy to deal with, and very well priced for the market!

Needed some testing on my home. Scott was able to accommodate my schedule and come the very next day. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Noone wants to hear your house has asbestos so this is one area where it pays to use a professional that has expertise, we are so glad we decided to have independant tests rather than relying on the general contractor. Eco Abate was fantastic to work with when we needed help dealing with a mould issue during our bathroom renovation. Scott was able to come out the next day and was very friendly and professional in advising us on the situation. After asking about the age of our house (1960), he also recommended testing for asbestos. Eco Abate was very thorough in their reports and explaining to us their recommendations. We confidently recommend them to anyone we know who needs environmental testing services. A couple of our family and friends have used them since our experience and have also been very happy.

As we were dealing with insurance to address a dishwasher leak, it was a very wise decision for us to hire Eco Abate as a 3rd party. We were told by our insurance company's preferred restoration vendor that there was no mould in my home (which the guy said he believed to be the case based on his 10 years of experience) and that they would not test for mould but I could hire my own tester if I wanted. I wasn't comfortable with the assumption of no mould, so we did hire our own tester, and Eco Abate discovered there was in fact mould. Our insurance company wanted their vendor to "dry in place" but once Eco Abate detected mould, we requested investigation be done to find out where, and they discovered a vast amount of hidden mould. Thank goodness we hired Eco Abate, otherwise it may have been left undetected. Eco Abate also found remaining asbestos that was left behind from an abatement crew that was in our home, and we would have never known that since we were not living in our home during the restoration, but Scott detected it and then we were able to have it properly removed. I can't thank him enough for that discovery because of how much harm could have come to my family and pets had we moved back in. During what felt like a disastrous time in our home, we felt rest-assured that it was safe to move back in after the clean-up restoration, not only because of the testing that was done, but also who was doing the testing: Scott and Reid. They were both very meticulous, kind, prompt, professional, thorough, and honest. They provided excellent service and expertise. I highly recommend this company, I can guarantee they will not disappoint. They were superb all throughout the duration of a few weeks of restoration in my home and really helped with the anxiety about the whole situation of my mould/asbestos-infested home.
