Meet Manuel Giesbrecht
Family is important to Manuel and Ryla. They uphold the same integrity and values operating eBytes as they did raising their five children.
Manuel has his Bachelor of Science and is a life-long tinkerer, which is why he has done so well repairing electronics not just selling them. That includes the intricate work of repairing tablets and cell phones.
For many years eBytes was one of several businesses that Manuel and Ryla owned. They have farmed for over thirty years, and ran a commercial feed mill. However in the past year, they have focused more attention on the store and bringing more and more value to their customers.

We dealt with Sam and he was able to transfer all our files from our old HD onto the new one and have all the same apps. Sam provided great customer service and there was no upselling. Sam was also very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I would recommend eBytes to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a writer I need my laptop and when suddenly it stopped working I was panicked. I dropped it off on Friday and by Saturday shortly after close I had my laptop back. The two gentlemen I dealt with were great.
This is not my first time dealing with eBytes. Only once have I not taken my business to them and I waited nearly 2 months before receiving CPU back..
While I feel their pricing is a little high when I balance it out against convenience and fact that they had my laptop ready the next day I honestly cannot complain.
I am electronic illiterate. I told gentleman helping me so. He helped me and when I came to store to pick up he helped with a mouse and all else. Talked to me about getting my bookmarks back.
eBytes provides great customer service. A little pricey but the convenience and customer service makes it worth the expense. I will definitely return for future computer needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E-Bytes saved my marriage! I made a very foolish mistake one night. I dropped a glass of red wine on my laptop that was only a few months new at the time!!! It would not turn on after that. I was devastated and on the verge of a meltdown. I took it in to see if it could be salvaged with next to no optimism. The staff were calm and professional and sympathetic to my horrific story but did not shame me at all. Although they said they could not guarantee that it could be fixed, they would do whatever they could do help me and they sure did!!
Sam went above and beyond. He called me with updates regularly and explained each process thoroughly to me as someone with no technical expertise at all lol!
Great customer service and exceptional job at repairing my laptop to its original state!!
E-Bytes is the only place I will go for all my computer needs!! Thanks crew! You literally saved my marriage ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The CPU fan on my computer stopped working while I was on a tight schedule for a personal project. I stopped to see if eBytes had a compatible fan in stock, ideally a better one than the one that came with my computer. They did, and I opted to have them install it, since the new model required the motherboard to be removed for proper installation. The fix was ready later the same day. Thank you Andrew and Team.
