The bestttt dealership and people ever! Liam and Raj are just the best! Jen also helped us tons! Definitely the place I recommend now to my friends and family! I've had to deal with lots of dealerships within just a year as I had just gotten in an accident twice now, both written off. First car I ever bought at a dealership was from them, then the second time around that I was looking they didn't have much inventory and so I had to go to a different dealership at the time. Now that I was on a hunt for a good car with a good deal with the tough market right now, only Eastern had the most and best deals! I now have purchased my third car and Liam actually personally helped me find a car that best suited me and my needs. Liam and Raj both remembered me and my parents all the way from about a year and a half ago! Just shows how much they're passionate about their job and helping their clients! Liam made deals with us I didn't even know we could do! As someone who's dealt and talked to at least 10 dealerships, I'm never going anywhere else! Kat also helped me explain all the features I wasn't sure about the new car. She was just lovely! It's nice to talk to people who know what they're doing and actually have knowledge about your stuff!

Had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle. Gabe and Jeff were extremely helpful, answered any questions I had and also were very friendly and patient. Showed up in the morning interested in a trade in and new vehicle and drove my new Grand Cherokee away a few hours later. Really couldn’t have been more impressed with the customer service!

I had a great experience coming into Easter Chrysler. I was looking for something small and comfortable, also in my budget. Tristan Small was able to suggest the perfect car for me right aways! I was able to get all my information checked out the same day! Jeff Weekes made this whole experience really easy! He was super friendly and easy to talk to! He was able to get things checked out for me and kept me closely updated as the days went by! I want to thank you Eastern Chrysler for wasting almost 3 days of mine for changing gasket of oil cooler. It all started when I noticed oil leak under my car and I started looking for appointment to fix it. Luckily, i got the earliest appointment to Eastern Chrysler for March 22nd around 8.20 am. I handed over my car keys to service advisor and went back to home with the hope that i would get my car in the evening. The service advisor mentioned that he will let me know once they find out issue. Around 1 pm, i had to contact him as I didn’t get any update at all. On the phone call, i get to know they haven’t started working on it so I won’t be able to get my car today. He again gave me estimate for next day in the noon. I bought extended warranty on my car as i had engine issues few years ago. I spent almost 4k just for peace of mind that if that happens again i will be covered and I would get replacement car IF dealership hold it for overnight. I haven’t asked for that on first day as i was ok to wait for next day till afternoon. I had to take off because of them for second day Because they find out something went wrong and they had to ordered new part. Still, no initiative taken by advisor to make my day easier. I asked him to provide me rental car and he mentioned No car is available. As a customer, I would expect that they provide us all the options available but here in Eastern Chrysler they don’t care. I don’t understand the purpose of spending 4k on warranty if we can’t even use what they offered under warranty. I had to spend money on Uber to go around for my work Because they couldn’t find any rental car. Even, I looked at it and i was able to get car from airport location. So, they gave my car today on March 24 around 10 am. When i got my bill I noticed that they charged me for deductible and labour charges for oil change. Interesting fact is that it doesn’t say what i paid for. When i bought extended warranty, I didn’t notice they sales advisor charged me x+13% TAX back in Toronto but gave me receipt that comes from machine that doesn’t say how much i paid for tax and all. I couldn’t claim that tax because I didn’t get proper receipt. I learned it hard way so I noticed same thing for this bill and i went back. I asked them to give me receipt where i can see how much i paid for taxes so i can claim them. He gave me receipt only for oil change even though i paid $100 deductible for warranty repair. He said they can’t give you receipt for that as it is deductible. Guys, they can charge 100+taxes but they can’t give receipt? Who knows if they pay tax to government as they charge from customers. HEADS UP FOR YOU GUYS, always check for receipt if you want to claim your repairs. Also, I highly recommend you to avoid Eastern Chrysler after my first and last visit to them. I will add photos for reference. Updated:- I tried to reach out to number given by Ivanaka. She, took call after calling me twice and mentioned that service department manager will call me. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still no update from them at all. I guess they reply only to show that they do care customer’s opinion and reviews but they Don’t.

I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Eastern Chrysler. I met with Gabe Carlos to test drive the vehicle. He was very helpful and knew a lot about the vehicle he was showing me. The whole process was quick and easy. I was not pressured into anything and the finance manager that I dealt with; Jeff Weekes was very straightforward and professional as well. I had a great experience and would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to go there.

Adam (Salesman) is Fantastic!!! Very knowledgeable, Friendly, Easy to talk to. No pressure tactics… I told him what I’d like and he got me EXACTLY what I asked for, AND some Additional things I needed … I call him a sales person but that’s just a title. I definitely feel he’s in My corner working for me AND my best interests!!!! I’d send anyone to Adam who’s looking to buy a car!!!! Katarina is Extremely helpful, friendly and kind. She showed me ALL the electronics . She explained it in language I can understand and remember. Never impatient at all… just friendly and helpful… she’s called me a week later to make sure everything is Great! Raj in finance is very helpful, straight forward and explains things in a way you can understand… it can get pretty crazy buying a car and deciding on warranties but he was Excellent at explaining everything! I have been telling everyone to go to Eastern Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram !!!! They are THE BEST !!! Vehicles that are reliable, what you want and Excellent prices!! Absolutely the BEST staff that treat you like a human being NOT just another sale!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Eastern!!! ??
