S	Stewart Isbister on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have eaten here twice in the past 6 months and both times I really enjoyed the food. This place looks a little bit past its prime and never seems to be busy but the hostess/ server was friendly each time and the food is actually really tasty and is a pretty good value for the price. The chinese and non chinese friends I went with each time also enjoyed their meals and I would recommend giving this place a try if you are in the neighbourhood. There are a lot of menu items to choose from, and almost all of them seem to suit a western palette, yet are more authentically chinese than what you would get from a mall food court. The sweet and sour pork is tender with just a slight crispiness, as it should be, and the vegetables seemed fresh and were flavourful. The water was served luke warm both times, but given that I have been told that the chinese do not like cold water (old belief that it is not good for gut health) I suppose that adds to the experience ;) Overall it was a positive experience both times and I definitely recommend.

Chicken Chow Mien with grey noodles & so greasy it weighs 2tonnes in the serving spoon; Beef & broccoli has some grey rubbery meat that is being passed off as “beef”; You also need scissor teeth to chew the sweet & sour pork. I wouldn’t feed this garbage to a starving street dog!!

First off the order was wrong extra stuff I didn't order but paid for it regardless didn't wanted to seem cheep. It all smelled very delicious as I early opened the containers. As started to taste the food my heart started to sink as the food tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for a few days & only reheated. To top it off I ended up having heart burn so bad I was almost throwing up & awake for hours coughing. Worst food from a restaurant yet in my life!

Ginger beef is quite spicy and beast we’ve found since our old place retired! Chicken chow mein, was full of good chicken and flavor. Thank you, we will order again.
