After another online company scammed me and didn't deliver my Mother's Day order, I called Earthen Elegance the next day and the service I received was incredible. My reason for 4 stars is, on the card they only wrote my name instead of the message requested. For the price of this, the message on the card should have reflected my sentiments and not just my name. **UPDATE** So just changed this review to 5stars as today they showed up at my wife's place of employment with a bouquet of flowers and the correct letter from valentines...along with an apology for the mishap... we are extremely impressed and thankful. What a great staff and amazing business.

My husband and I chose to work with Jaela because of her enthusiasm and passion we got from her in our first meeting - and she didn't stop there! All of the arrangements, bouquets, chair ties, and small touches to add to our seating chart were absolutely beautiful.
