★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sending flowers to my mother from Texas is always hard because I never know what to expect. I called Blooms after I made the order to find out more about the size of the bouquet I had ordered. The owner reassured me and even sent me a photo of the bouquet before he delivered it to make sure it was to my liking. I will most certainly use Blooms again in the future and happy to have found them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received the wrong flowers for insane amount of money. The order was under my husband name, and I was shocked to see such bouquet for high price. Please describe the flower nature at the first place for those who have a different opinion about the type of the flower they actually want to order, just give a short brief description, so Nobody get upset from both sides. This is downfall from your agency and not being able to follow up. Please improve your service. Thank you!

Originally had them going to their home, but when they called my sis in law she said they weren't home, and so instead they brought the flowers to my nieces school. She felt like a princess. Thank you so much! Made her birthday very special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time buying flowers for someone and it could not have been the worst experience.
First, the arrangement advertised was nothing like pictures or at least decorated with anything.( for the price, I would have expected the ribbon to be included). If I wanted a 12 roses and a box I would have just went to Safeway.
Second, owner was very rude addressing the situation. Told me that it was not his responsibility that it wasn’t the same as the picture, that it’s was called advertisement.
That they could only give me 25$ out of 100$(and they would keep the flowers) or I could just accept that they would add a ribbon.
And third, after accepting just to add the ribbon, the flower arrangement looked……..there is just no words for it.
Overall, worst service. Would not recommend.
