Always a pleasure to get floral arrangements from here! My husband gets me something from here on my Birthday, Anniversary and Christmas and I'm never disappointed? Their arrangements are very artistic and often different from the run-of-the-mill. Also, if you are not happy with something they will make it right!..Customer service is fantastic! They also have a lovely gift shop and hope in time to open an attached coffeeshop?

My sister ordered me an arrangement for my birthday and it is absolutely gorgeous! She chose "designer's choice" on the website and we are really happy with what we got. We will definitely order flowers from New Hope again. Thank you!

New Hope Floral made the flower arrangements for our wedding. Since then we purchased multiple bouquets and succulents from this flower shop. The arrangements are always beautiful and the flowers always fresh. Suzie and her team went the extra mile for our wedding. We are thrilled with the quality and service they consistently provide.

She sent me photos of the arrangement prior to departure. What tops it all: Karlie even offered to personally deliver my special arrangement to the hospital on her way home after hours. I almost cried when she insisted. I am forever grateful for Karlie and the amazing staff and New Hope YQL. Baby Charlie and her amazing momma sure are going to feel the love from their absolutely beautiful floral surprise and they will certainly know that they are thought of in a very special way. After missing delivering flowers to my girlfriend for her birthday last Friday, I thought I would never order flowers from this place again. I know it sounds bad that my girlfriend did not get flowers on her birthday. But that is not at all the case! I thought it would be funny to bomb her with a ridiculous amount of flowers on her birthday so I sent 5 bouquets from 5 different flower shops around the city. When she messaged me and told me how ecstatic she was that she got 4 bouquets of flowers (They were all sent anonymously of course). I was quite puzzled and wondered when she would receive the 5th. Of course, that fifth bouquet never arrived. I thought what a failure, only completing 80% of a birthday gift is absolutely terrible. Not to mention I was using this as an opportunity to see which flower shop was the best as I order about 10 bouquets a year for clients, friends and family. (shhh don't tell her this). When I called, on Saturday, to let them know that they missed the order. They were very sorry and said they would send another bouquet. I told them it was for a birthday and that I would just take a refund as the day was missed. They agreed and gave me a full refund no questions asked. What I didn't realize was they took it upon themselves to call my girlfriend and deliver an absolutely beautiful bouquet on Sunday (A day they are closed) with a personalized note and a gift card to their shop! I think customer service is the most important thing. I hold it above everything else in my own business. Everyone runs into problems and hiccups in business. What shows true integrity and a great honest business is when you make a mistake and go above and beyond to turn a negative into a wow factor moment. There is a reason this place has a perfect 5 stars through 60 reviews. I also asked my girlfriend out of the blue which bouquet of the 5 she got was her favourite. And she picked the one New Hope delivered.

New Hope's floral arrangements for our wedding were truly exquisite. Suzie was incredibly personable, genuinely invested in making our specific vision a reality. Every single detail was thought out and honoured with full respect and consideration of our budget. Without fail New Hope was able to execute the desired effect and create a design that truly surpassed our expectations. When she was able to save money somewhere, she would consult us and attribute those finances to enhance other pieces. Her work was complimented endlessly by guests and all involved in the celebration. We could not be more pleased with the work New Hope did and are so grateful for the experience. Great customer service and amazing flowers! Ordered a Designer Choice arrangement online for delivery and it came out amazing, even with the limitations (cat safe flowers only). I also requested it to be delivered in a certain time frame which they also did. They definitely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend ordering from here!

A big thank you to the ladies of New Hope YQL Floral & Botanical: Suzie, Cat, and Hannah for their stunning work on our wedding bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. They were very accommodating in making silk floral arrangements in deference for our allergy-prone group. Suzie and Kat took time out of their very busy schedule to go over colour profiles and bouquet ideas with us and gave us full control over our silk flower budget. They did their absolute best to accommodate our vision and made the flowers into an even better version of it. We would highly recommend their services.
